Design Notes

Mutations are included in the binding sites for the inhibitory protein, thus preventing it from binding. Additionally, a separate, integration vector has homologous regions that correspond to the flgM gene. Using it will disrupt function of that gene, resulting in constitutive and high expression under the P hag promoter
